Marshall Birthing center is exceptional. I had a bad experience 2 years ago with a few staff members and was very unhappy with the professionalism. I’ve had 3 of my 4 children here and this last pregnancy I revived incredible OB care. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone in Labor and delivery, the OBGYN office for my monthly appointments.. everyone is so bubbly and welcoming and it’s honestly a fresh breath of air. We had the absolute worst experience possible here. They treated us like idiots, rushed through our ultrasound appointment, and skipped important history questions, instead making incorrect assumptions which we later had to correct. They then scheduled us at a separate clinic in Sacramento, which they made no mention of, and listed us as a high-risk pregnancy, after Dr. Kelly verbally told us we had a low-risk pregnancy in the appointment. Called me to schedule an appointment to go over test results that could have been gone over by phone, and then talked to another patient my entire appointment time so 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be over I went up to the front desk and asked them if they could call me to discuss results as I didn’t plan to be in there for an indefinite amount of time after my appointment, the front desk was completely unhelpful and just kept pretending to go into the back to “talk to the dr” and coming back saying they don... read more
It would be nice if you guys could answer the phone or atleast call back. I missed a call by 3 minutes and sat on hold for 15 minutes just to be connected to someone who couldn't help me. All they could do is take down my number and say "I'll tell them to call you back" It's also weird that I haven't seen the same OB at my appointments, it's almost always someone different. I do not feel like I have a doctor/patient relationship at all and am highly considering changing my OB and Birthing Hospital to Mercy Folsom. I do not f... read more
