Called me to schedule an appointment to go over test results that could have been gone over by phone, and then talked to another patient my entire appointment time so 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be over I went up to the front desk and asked them if they could call me to discuss results as I didn’t plan to be in there for an indefinite amount of time after my appointment, the front desk was completely unhelpful and just kept pretending to go into the back to “talk to the dr” and coming back saying they don... read more

It would be nice if you guys could answer the phone or atleast call back. I missed a call by 3 minutes and sat on hold for 15 minutes just to be connected to someone who couldn't help me. All they could do is take down my number and say "I'll tell them to call you back" It's also weird that I haven't seen the same OB at my appointments, it's almost always someone different. I do not feel like I have a doctor/patient relationship at all and am highly considering changing my OB and Birthing Hospital to Mercy Folsom. I do not f... read more
