My appointment was 10:15am Thursday June 11. I was giving my new patient forms to fill out upon arrival at the front desk. I was in the process of filling out the paperwork when called back to the patient room. The NP and DR. Phan came in and reviewed my X-rays, prior surgeries, and symptoms. I like to say all staff was very friendly and welcomed us there with respect and Dr. Charman was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.
I was referred to dr. Phan about my back I have 2 herniated disc and nerve pitching on both sides of my spine. I work in the coal mines and got injured. Dr.phan went over my mri results and said total different things then what the mri report said from the radiologist, I was told since I was so young that he wouldn’t operate on me that I needed to find a different job and complete my physical therapy.
