Really disappointing customer service. My dad called urgently needing a tyre and was ready to pay upfront. The guy on the phone was hesitant to order it without payment, so my dad asked for the account number to pay immediately. The account number was never sent and there was no follow up at all. If you’re in urgent need or expecting basic communication, I wouldn’t recommend relying on this shop.
