Customer service and communication was great! They do excellent work, and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my car. They are super professional too, and always make my day when I go in there to get a service done! :) Maintenance does one heck of a job! The gentlemen at the desk to schedule the appointments (Erik and Shawn) are very quick and efficient with their jobs. They did good work but there was a lot of confusion on when the part that was being sent to them was going to arrive. I followed up with a phone call and was told it could be two week or a month. Wasn't satisfied with that so called CNA national warranty and they said the part was already there and was signed for. Just a little disappointed with the miscommunication but other wise there were prompt to get the work completed and everything works well
