Good job helping with a major tire issue. The service department got me in even though I had no reservation. They move pretty quickly to replace my damaged tire and get me back on the road.
My husband and I stopped by your service dept week before we came in to set up a time to fix the four dodge recall issues. Ava and Chad were working that day. Not this week they said, have to order parts and contact us. Sure great, 1st of next week got a message any time after that coming Wednesday. Texted them a day and time, it worked. I am rather disappointed, I had over nearly $1,500 that was supposed to include turning my rotors and a full vehicle inspection. Looking at my rotors only one appeared to be turned and it was bright and shiny versus the other three that still had rain spot rust on them appearing to never been ‘turned’. The morning after picking up my vehicle it wouldn’t start. I checked for loose battery cables, and found my battery was bulging. Purchased a pick up from them and have had nothing but a great experience. They worked with me and my warranty to always make sure the slightest of repairs to the largest were taken care of in a timely manner. Will purchase from them again!
