My late grandparents, Mom and I have been trusting Marshall Motors with our vehicles for 30 years. Over the past several months, I had two visits to the dealership to service my 2014 Honda odyssey. There was a glitch with my sensors while on the highway driving home and my van stalled in the middle of nowhere. It was frightening for me, to say the least. I recently had my 2025 Jeep Wrangler In Marshall Motor for a six month oil change. It was the first one I had to pay for. The bill was $185.00. I handed the guy a credit card and he said unless I paid with cash or check there would be a 3% surcharge for use of the credit card. I didn't have my checkbook as I had no idea there would be such a thing. That is the end of Marshall Motor for me. No more new car purchases or service.

I called in and got two different prices for a coolant flush: $180 and $230. When asking about the discrepancy, I was told that the original pricing may have been an old one and they are still transitioning over to the Nissan dealership. I was unhappy, but understood as things have gotten more expensive. Grace was given. I still took my vehicle in.
