I purchased a Jeep about 6 months ago and it has been a fantastic vehicle for our family. Today I went back and worked with Avah to have my Jeep serviced. Avah did a great job explaining everything and I love that she didn't try to sell me anything extra.
The service department is fantastic. We were in the middle of a 1,000 mile road trip and broke down and limped the car to the dealership. They could have just said "sorry, we can't get to it until tomorrow" or whatever and we would have been stranded 500 miles from home. Instead they took us right in and diagnosed it within an hour. Thank you for helping me and my family out in an already stressful situation!
