Appalling service. £680 to fix low pressure oil light. Drove away and still have the same issue. Took Nathan 3 days to return my call knowing full well I was selling the car. Finally called at 6.15pm Wednesday requesting the car back knowing i was selling it Friday. Would not refund I have now sold the car. Will be trying to get my money back via my credit card. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Shoddy service from the outset.
Absolute waste of time this dealership, been three times with same fault on a new Mini, can't resolve it, last time in for two days and they appear to have not even touched it, claim they have tested it and all ok, half a mile down the road same fault again ! so they didn't even test it. just plain liars ! AVOID!
