I bought a new mini from Marshall Salisbury and they have been one disaster after another. The day after a service and oil change, my car “developed’ an oil leak all over the floor of my new garage. They also told me I would need to replace my Run Flat Tyres in the next 12 months, but after trying to book it in they told me that they are ‘no longer made’. A great experience being looked after by Tariro. Several visits trying to diagnose and repair our Mini Cooper SD. T was patient, professional and, most of all, extremely friendly and personable. Nothing was too much trouble. T’s conduct and impeccable manner mean that we will be returning to Marshall’s of Salisbury again.
Popped down to enquire about a new Mini, the team were really helpful and knowledgeable. Refreshing experience as I was not pressured into purchasing. Just amazing service and advice.
It was my BMW actually., not a Mini. George from the service dept is very professional, and is good at his job. I also liked the friendly , helpful reception staff as well. It was my first time here, so I was impressed.
