Was really excited to by my first car from a main dealer but that quickly ended. The car hadn't been valeted, life shine was not applied, the car was left outside in the rain and not under cover in the showroom. Was told the car had android auto when it doesnt, have complained to MINI and the head of business, waiting for some form of compensation but I wont hold my breath.
Great service; love all the little extras, but ultimately we are thrilled to have a new Countryman for our family of 4 and dog.

I bought a new mini from Marshall Salisbury and they have been one disaster after another. The day after a service and oil change, my car “developed’ an oil leak all over the floor of my new garage. They also told me I would need to replace my Run Flat Tyres in the next 12 months, but after trying to book it in they told me that they are ‘no longer made’.
