I went with pain in my side... To be told I couldn't be hueting that bad cause I walked in.. I'm a ruff old gal.. wasn't there for drugs... was worried about my double over pain. Ended up with a acute urinary tract infection.. and sent me home with wrong antibiotics.. this was 2 weeks ago. Saw my urologist and they pulled my E.R. records to find out they also sent off a culture and didn't call me... He changed my antibiotics and got me on right track... Boaz Medical has been very good to me ... I have heart issues and other ... read more

The staff is very incompetent. They r no communication. Very rude to my brother. I would not recommend it to anyone. They should be shut down

After 4 days of sherry being in this supposed " hospital " the doctors decided to release her because she said no to stress testing and when we looked at the papers we were given it says she was complaining of chest pain when we were there due to a urinary tract infection! !!! That place sucks!!!
My husband had 2 procedures done and the doctors were amazing Dr. Freeman the anesthesiologist was so awesome he even made us laugh before taking my husband in the back although we were still very nervous as this was his first time he helped alot the nurses were very sweet and helpful too I absolutely love this hospital and medical center
