Friendly helpful staff; quite decent pricing I have found the service to be very helpful every time I have visited. The prices are good on decent quality items and often I am able to avoid a journey to Applajack where parking is often a problem. Jim S Arvada
WORLD-CLASS SELECTION & SERVICE!!! The new owners are really improving the store inside & out. Tons of new wines arrive daily. A new walk-in cooler filled with new micro/craft brews. If they don't have what you want, they will special order it & call you when it arrives. I have found my favorite liquor store. Not to mention there is no city tax & plenty of parking. LOW PRICES & HUGE SELECTION = MY FAVORITE LIQUOR STORE!!!
Good Service Friendly efficient service. As a beer snob I don't have enough stouts and IPA's to select from. That's why I deducted a * They have some basic IPA's and stouts. I never have enough selection anywhere BUT the staff here are friendly, helpful and the manager Steve is knowledgeable about the beers I like. If a reviewer visits once there might have been a glitch - or they might work for a competitor. I have in many years never had a problem with this store and I don't work for them. My New Favorite Liqour Store! I was very impressed with the new layout of the store. The new owners have done a great job updating the inventory. I found just what I was looking for with a little help from a very nice young man. Thanks, Mark! Good selection, awesome customer service, and low prices. What else could you ask for in a liqour store? I would recomend Marshall's for anyone buying beer, wine or a bottle of liqour. 5 stars, easy!
Bad customer service Large liquor store. They have alot of product but their customer service is horrible!! I would much rather go somwhere else to get better service. They are not in a very good part of town and probaly need to think about improving their business sense!! Unless you are in a hurry I would find somewhere else.
