Marshall Law is a great firm to work with. Steve Marshall is super easy to talk to and really knows his stuff. He breaks things down so they actually make sense and is always quick to respond if you have questions. You can tell he really cares about helping his clients. If you need a lawyer you can trust, he’s your guy. I highly recommend him.
These are some of the most unprofessional, rudest people I’ve ever encountered. If you’re looking for a law firm of responsive attorneys with any kind of phone Etiquette and politeness look else where! DO NOT go with this company! They are frauds!!!! Hopefully this firm gets shut down.
If you try to pay off a debt to them. Make sure that you record them when they tell you the amount, And even then be ready to be talked to like a child. Completely unprofessional and there supervisor sucks too. Also you will Be able to cure cancer before you could get a hold of these people
I have had nothing but issues with this attorney so I decided to check the google reviews and it appears there is a pattern with his lack of response and billing issues. DO NOT HIRE this attorney - BEWARE - He will take your retainer and then it will be impossible to reach Mr. Marshall. He will not respond to emails or any communication with your file after he has taken the retainer.
