I have had nothing but issues with this attorney so I decided to check the google reviews and it appears there is a pattern with his lack of response and billing issues. DO NOT HIRE this attorney - BEWARE - He will take your retainer and then it will be impossible to reach Mr. Marshall. He will not respond to emails or any communication with your file after he has taken the retainer. I used Steven for a last minute and urgent need for some notarized documents and he was able to complete the paperwork quickly for me to meet my deadline. I would highly recommend him.

Unresponsive--never responded to mutiple emails, calls and text messages regarding very important transactions. Claimed that he completed actions that I am certain he did not, but cannot prove. Did not follow through on his responsibilities as an attorney. I did not feel like he had my best interest at heart. I would not hire this attorney again.
