Friendly staff and the physio I have been seen has done an exceptional job.
As a family, we have visited Marshall Lane Clinic on many occasions and have always had a great experience. Dr Vaishali Mehta and Dr Piyush Raj are both exceptionally kind, caring, and highly knowledgeable. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make us feel comfortable and well cared for. The front desk staff are also incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and professional healthcare.
Quick and friendly doctors
The reception might call the name of your medication multiple times in front of other patients, so do not get embarrassed like me. It is acceptable here. Also my appointment was cancelled without any notice. The lady said she called me to confirm my appointment to discuss the fee and I said I haven’t received the call from her. But she keeps saying she called me… no record in my phone. I am not sure who did she call to. Hannah at the reception was exceptionally responsive and prompt, with Dr Mehta was super kind enough to Arshin by helping her out of her business hours, really appreciate it, and keep it up!
