If you want to leave to truly defend yourself in a clean safe environment this is the place to train. Everyone is treated with respect and gets the attention needed to learn. There is always a diverse group of people to train with, and various levels of skillsets to test yourself. If you wish to learn traditional jujitsu and not the weird butt scooting crap you see on the internet open mats are on Saturday at 11 am.

Marshall Jiu Jitsu is a school like no other. The camaraderie amongst students is phenomenal. A white belt is treated with the same respect a black belt would, if you have a kid, adolescent, or if you are like myself a middle aged individual looking for physical activity with real life applications both mentally and physically; then I highly recommend this school.

The absolute best jiu jitsu school with an extremely talented, dedicated and skilled coach. Coach Shane's guidance with the children (and presumably the adults too!) teaches them not only self-defense, but respect, discipline and skills that will last a lifetime. He also has a great sense of humour! Highly recommended! Kids as young as 4 go these classes and he does classes for adults also.
