Dr. Criswell embodies all the qualities a parent could want in their child's pediatrician. He is knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring. His gentle demeanor is perfectly suited to soothe the worries of children and parents alike. Dr. Criswell never makes us feel rushed as we ask our usual long list of questions, even when he is very busy. He has an excellent support staff, especially his medical assistant Cassie. Dr. Criswell is the BEST! As others have said he is so patient, kind, and empowers parents to ask questions and discuss. He always takes his time, my oldest has been with him since 2 years old (now 9) and now we have a new born. Our oldest truly feels cared for and has no fear of going to see Dr. Criswell. The best there is, we are blessed.
Hands down the best pediatrician I've met. Dr. Criswell has been my 5 year old son's pediatrician since he was days old and has never been anything less than compassionate, knowledgeable, and more than happy to help my son get the care he deserves especially as a child on the spectrum. Bonus points for always reassuring me that I'm not failing as a mom and my boy seems as happy/healthy as can be😅
