Marshall has been going down hill since 2017-2018. Each year it got worse. We were sad to see Robert leave but he left us with Brittnay and when she was there it was great. She actually came to see us smaller districts. She made things happen, she came to my son’s birthday party on a Saturday and I know she went to weddings and graduations and retirement parties for others. The owner is amazing and truly cares about his employees and customers, the sales team was helpful, but if you didn’t get a job when you were 16 or hired by your daddy, be prepared to be pushed out. Trying to run an entire state and not having an assistant to help, customers suffer. I took over for someone who never did the process correct, I received 0 training and was told I would have 3 years to gain my footing as long as my goals were met…. That was a lie. Instead of big box stores I've been able to find every nut bolt and many. Other items I've needed great store. Abit pricey if you need it you'll have to pay since covid every thing has sky rocketed five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
