Thief's . They offered me a remoted job to improve ratings of the hotels, and stolen my money, like a playing card, asked to transfer more and more, and when you have not enough, you will lose all. Be careful with TPG.
Had a reservation at the Danfords and due to heavy storms in Dallas our flight was cancelled, I called property immediately 5am to tell them it was out of my control. 8 phone calls to Hotel, 4 phone calls to TPG ( Jared and Alan) not one person has returned my phone call. I was told at Hotel that only Jennifer front desk manager could return my 368.74 she also has never returned a call to me.
We dealt with Kayla and Jasmine at the Marriot and Hampton Inn and Suites in Middletown NY. We needed to book wedding blocks of rooms for my daughter's wedding on 10/7/23. We spoke to these girls a bunch of times during our year of wedding planning. They were attentive, had great suggestions and were VERY accommodating when we had to increase the block size several times. Had a "wonderful opportunity" to talk with Saulene... now i understand comments about disrespectful of arrogant employees in this hotel. Terrible experience. 1/10
