They are concealing the fact that several of their hotels have suffered a cyber attack, resulting in the theft of customer data. Information accessed via their Booking.com accounts has reportedly been exfiltrated and subsequently sold online. Senior leadership appears to be avoiding accountability, while customer service teams have been instructed to disregard or deflect enquiries relating to the incidents.

Thief's . They offered me a remoted job to improve ratings of the hotels, and stolen my money, like a playing card, asked to transfer more and more, and when you have not enough, you will lose all. Be careful with TPG.

Had a reservation at the Danfords and due to heavy storms in Dallas our flight was cancelled, I called property immediately 5am to tell them it was out of my control. 8 phone calls to Hotel, 4 phone calls to TPG ( Jared and Alan) not one person has returned my phone call. I was told at Hotel that only Jennifer front desk manager could return my 368.74 she also has never returned a call to me.
