Miss Natoya is very noligable and helpful, she helped me more than I could've asked for.
The gentleman at the front desk is very nice and helpful as are the 2 ladies. I had a lot of problems with my first resmed shutting d9wn for no apparent reason in the middle of the night which is no good for a cpap machine. The ladies made several recommendations, which I tried to no avail. They finally gave me a brand new machine which is working fine so far. I wish I could give zero stars. Unfortunately my initial thoughts on this place were great! The physical location and people are wonderful, HOWEVER dealing with Rotech… absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND. They have an F rating with the BBB & it’s not shocking. They tried to scam me & refused to bill my insurance after telling me my insurance was accepted & such. They then told me that insurance was the issue. I called insurance & we called RoTech together & eventually figured out they have the wrong claims address, they refused to ... read more
Poor Service and the lady I talked to was rude and very disrespectful. They try to get you to pay for stuff you dont need.
I have had nothing but great service out of the Texarkana office. The gentleman at the desk is very kind and helpful. The lady that took care of me is very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. A fantastic place to do business
