My daughters and I ended up at a different eye Dr and after a bad experience I changed my husbands appointment to Dr. Merrell. He gave my husband a very thorough eye exam and afterwards the receptionist was able to help him find a pair of glasses. She knew our insurance, she knew what they covered, and was very helpful. Everybody in the office was very kind. A+ we found a new Eye Doctor!
The most thorough exam I have ever had. Dr. Merrill answered all my questions and he and his staff were helpful and professional.
