I've known Dr. Greiman for nearly 30 years and have been going to him since I was an infant. He has always treated me with care and concern. He is one of the nicest, most genuine doctors in the business because he understands that for him and his business to be successful, he must understand people. Horrible!!!!!!! I had an appointment today at 2:00 pm and no one left a voicemail, email, or text message stating that my appointment had been canceled. Not even the receptionist at the front desk was informed that my ENT doctor (Dr. Marshall Greimen) was not showing up. This was a total waste of my time, and I'll never step inside of another Mercy One Clinic in Indianola, where they treat prospective patients so poorly. This is incredibly unprofessional and people should be fired!!!!!
