I have received much individual service from Adrienne and everyone else in the business. I am grateful for the wirk thwy so.
Worked with them for 7 years and they more than doubled my bill without telling me and when it was too late to do anything about it. Very disappointing. Updating from 1 star to 3 because they were helpful when I called and asked for a copy of an old return. I'd suggest verifying the cost of services BEFORE they start anything even if you've done business with them for years because they won't come right out and tell you.
