I've only had NP Jaya George as my PCP for about 1.5 years, but I'm happy with the care I'm receiving. The staff at the Cameron Park facility are friendly and courteous, and they got me in quickly last fall when I had the flu. I only wish I knew how to get my medical file from my old independent MD, now retired, to Marshall, so I didn't have to keep answering the same questions about my medical history over and over again.
Exceptional care. Always took the extra time to discuss health issues and review alternative approaches.
This hospital gets 5 stats, but I will give it only 1 point because Jojo. When the family doctor conducted a phone consultation, this translator was extremely poor. Her attitude was extremely impatient and rude, she was very impolite to both me and the doctor. It was the first time I met such a translator. Even the doctor said that the translator's attitude was problematic. I hope the hospital can effectively handle this issue. It has a significant negative impact on the experience.
