Called to schedule my annual appointment this morning. I was notified they had dropped Blue Cross Blue Shield vision. It would have been nice to know that back when they dropped it maybe a phone call or a card in the mail. After several years of being their patient. I think this is a bad way to treat people you should give them fair notice to find a new optometrist. I certainly wouldn't refer anybody to Marshall Eye Care.

Above my insurance, I paid $200.00 for progressive lens glasses. After coming back a couple of times, getting my vision rechecked, and being spoken to like I was a child that couldn't understand. I was finally "allowed" to switch to a tri-focal lens. After months of going in and out of the office because the vision to see a computer screen and papers on my desk were still blurry, my eyes were not adjusting. Wonderful and friendly staff. Was worked in quickly for a serious eye condition. The Dr. was both compassionate and honest about the treatment options. Even though this will be a possible long process, I am confident in his care. Highly recommend!
