Very pleased with the speed of attending to diagnose the lighting circuit not working because of previous poor workmanship by others. Beyond that it was very difficult to get hold of Marshall, who didn’t turn up on time and sometimes without warning. When he did attend he worked messily, not covering furnishings as he drilled, and making more ceiling holes than necessary.
