The appointment process was quick and easy. I got an appointment within two days. The staff were very nice. Dr Chase was very professional, while also being pleasant. He took his time and did a complete ear, nose and throat inspection. He explained everything. I felt very comfortable and confident.
The Dr has a huge ego, operates a terrible unprofessional practice and regularly cancles on hearing patients same day to give the apt to a ENT patient. This paractice has two business with a single Dr. The hearing patients pay the price. It is not run anywhere near industry standards. Stear clear. You have two other option outside Marshall you can be refered to.
This office staff is polite, helpful and very efficient. Doctors are all good and the medical staff is also amazing. We are very happy with the service.
