Had popcorn ceiling removed - paid as soon as completed but after paint dried there were imperfections. Refused to reimburse requested $200 (total job was $2000) he lowered to $150but then said he “reached his limit & could not e-transfer” then said “someday” he would fix but too busy right now. Extremely disappointed would NOT RECOMMEND
