Excellent service and accommodating staff!
The asian lady working here was very rude. Didn't like her tone and behaviour. It's a no go in customer service. Could be that she was stressed, but still this is unacceptable to leave it out on customers. I'm so tired of rude people in customer service!!!
If you’re open until 6, keep the doors open until 6. I had a very important package to pick up tonight, rushed across the city and had the door shut on me at 5:57 while the lady looked at me and shook her head. Yikes. Be better.
