They said they called me twice on my cell but I never received a call and never received a voicemail . Then we received a call from private caller waited for a message saw that it was dr. Marshall’s office that called and we called back less then a minute later all to have no one pick up. I was most pleased to learn that my cataract surgery was to be with Dr. David Marshall ! He treated my wife, for various vision related problems over the years, and she is one of his many satisfied patients. Dr. Marshall has treated both my eyes for cataracts successfully without any problems. It was just like trading in your old eyes for new ones. What is the point of having a receptionist who never answers the phones anyway. Not a reflection on the skills of Dr. Marshall as a surgeon but on the staff. Very crucial to have someone answer the phone to update patients on upcoming surgery. Specially now that Ont ario is in lock down again
I had 3 different surgeries by Dr Marshall over the years and I would definitely recommend you choose him if you have the option to do so.
My elderly father saw Dr. Marshall and I was very pleased that he explains things clearly, listened to my request, and is thorough and attentive. Also, got through on first call to office, made at 11:30 am.
