I'm reporting on a local deli here on Sand Mt ...Albertville...food store. I'm reporting on the deli .Breakfast and Diner. Can you send a inspector.to check the temps on the hot plate foods sold .Gravy and biscuits .And chicken tenders. MAY NOT BEING COOKED TO SPEC.S BREADING IS RAW DOESNT HAVE THAT COOKED APPERANCE. FOOD TEMPERATURES.
Called the Medicaid office to ask a few questions and the lady acted like I was bothering her. I asked if I sent it up right online because I have never done it that way and she said “uhm yea,you just gotta be patient” then I said oh okay so the place I just called that told me it wasn’t active yet was wrong. I asked do I need to call them back and have them run it again. She replied with “ well I guess heck idk why they aren’t running it right”. Her whole tone of voice was incredibly rude!! Do better!
Lady in the WIC office was rude very unprofessional with a crappy attitude
I'd give zero stars if I could. I have been trying to call since they opened. Everytime I'm on the line it just rings for 5 minutes before disconnecting. I live in Marshall County and had to call the Etowah County health department just to get my questions answered. Do better.
