I have been a member of Marshall Community Credit Union for many years. Recently I sold my home and purchased a smaller house with the help of the staff from MCCU. The loan department was fantastic with explaining steps that I needed to take to finalize the transaction. All of the front lobby staff and Tellers are friendly and helpful. Linda J. Dornton
MCCU has really fell off the cliff the lately. I used to get an approval for a loan in a few minutes. Applied for a couple loans and couldn't get a call back. Finally got ahold of someone, I was told I was next to be processed, but the sound of crickets is deafening for a week. Called during the week, nobody that worked on loans were working that day including a manager. Asked for a call back from anyone including any manager. I was promised a call back. Crickets again.
