You never really know if you’re at the right dealership or not. This one’s different no pressure here Tina was awesome with helping me find exactly what I wanted and Shawn was also there to make sure everything was taking care of correctly. Definitely will be back!
UPDATE: 2 weeks later and they have yet to do a single thing to make this right! They said they would look into it but clearly they do not care! My mother in law took her jeep into the service department and one of the technicians broke the center cap on one of her rims. Instead of apologizing and ordering the center cap to replace what THEY BROKE they handed her a invoice so she could pay for it! Whoever the service manager is needs to make this right because this is a absolutely horrendous way to treat costumers! Stuff hap... read more
