We had an excellent experience at this urgent care facility. From start to finish, the visit was efficient yet thorough. Nurse Holly D. was exceptional—knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly wonderful with my son. She made him feel comfortable and well cared for. The attending physician (Dr. Mike I believe) was also excellent, providing attentive and professional care. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10—highly recommend.
I went back in May and just now got a bill the other day. It cleared my insurance months ago. They sent me a letter sept 17th it’s all snarky acting like it’s my fault I wasn’t told I had to pay a copay at the time I was seen and that I was blowing them off and not paying them $25. Billing department needs to do better!!
We had a great experience at MBH Urgent Care last week. I took my 14yo in to be seen. Nurses Sophie and Madison were so attentive and showed true care and concern for her. Thank you ladies!
