Changing my review to 3 stars because having me and husbands blood drawn every 4 months has been great except this last time of using a different lab without consultanting us and having to deal with trying to get lab results. Husband has been waiting 2 days for a call back. We have always used Quest and all of a sudden they switch without telling us and how to get our results.

The doctor that looked at my foot looked like he just woke up all 3 times I sun him and di not really do his job
Most incompetent group of individuals I've ever met. Can't place orderes correctly, poor lines of communication, and horrible bedside manner. They definitely don't make you feel taken care of in any way.
