The customer service I received when my vehicle was with the Service Department and in particular from Danny Jones, the Aftersales Manager, was second to none. Danny kept me informed throughout and couldn’t have done any more to help. When the fault on my car was proving more troublesome than first thought, Danny didn’t hesitate in providing me with a courtesy car so I wasn’t without a vehicle for work and the school run. I have used marshall bmw service bournemouth for the first time today, for a full service it was a breath of fresh air! I met Ed the parts manager who set this all up for me when i was ordering some parts and introduced me to tracey in service, first class service from start to finish, lovely attitude! I had a loan car (electric) first time for me! I will definitely recommend using marshalls at bournemouth service, thanks guy’s!

Great dealership, which I have used over the years. Customer parking is limited,and staff are helpful. The service department, unfortunately, is about 2km away, which may not suit everyone.
