Eve Morgan was a delight to work with when buying my new car. She was very helpful and well informed. It’s the second car we’ve bought at Marshall’s and will certainly be back in the future.
Really disappointing.... Saw a second hand car online, paid a deposit and advised would.be a couple of weeks in order to be ready to view as they wanted to make the car perfect and remove any scratches and give it a good clean. On arrival to see the car it was totally disappointing, deep scratches all over the car, the car shook at speed. Obviously we were not going to buy. Told would take 48 hours for a refund, it took two weeks and constantly had to chase... Will never buy a car through BMW Marshalls.
Had a good sales experience with Ally and he helped me through the process very well .
Recently purchased a used BMW from Marshalls. Eve Morgan was very helpful during the whole sales and collection process making it a stress free experience. Once I got the car home I notice an issue with some of the internal trim panels, I contacted Eve a couple of week later and she arranged to get it sorted. I was then contacted by the service department, it was rectified once the parts were available and fixed at no cost. Very please with the car and Marshall BMW.
Very happy with picking up the new x1 in coral green such al overly smooth ride and Merick was great and definitely recommend it here
