I was told on my visit May 13 that my shoulder was still broken with 2 tears, from a fall I had in January, and not healing as it should be. They were going to order an MRI with contrast and contact insurance to get the pre-authorization. I called today, May 26, because we hadn’t heard anything. Went it today for my daughter who needed a cast and everyone was just super helpful and kind I could not have asked for a better experience I definitely recommend!!

Good luck actually seeing the Dr. After asking multiple times to speak directly to him I’ve only gotten to talk to his assistants or helping staff. I understand he’s a busy Dr., but you’d think at some point he would actually want to interface with his patient or directly answer their concerns that his staff is going to have to relay to him anyway.
