Dave Tina and the gang are simply terrific! I have had my Ford pick up worked on by Marshall Automotive a few times during the last year and a half. I have an appointment with them again this coming Tuesday, December 2, 2025. A bit of front end work and then an alignment. I look forward to working with them again. NWR
It took us a long time to find a great diesel mechanic for our F250 but we finally found one with Dave, the owner and head mechanic at Marshall Automotive. He is honest and fair and is not satisfied until the job is done, and done right. Our 2014 F250 catastrophically failed and he was with us every step of the way. Last year, left my vehicle here and borrowed a car. It was there almost a week and the front desk stopped returning my calls. When I went over there to ask for my car back their neighbor told me they'd left for vacation for 2 weeks. They never told me they were leaving and they left my vehicle unlocked with the key in it in their parking lot. When paying for my vehicle on May 20. 2024 Dave quoted an hourly work number and I was charged another. To paraphrase Dave during the discussion: I try to be fair however I cheat people when ever it is necessary to cover my expenses. And this is what exactly happened: when I picked up my vehicle his office help had to ask Dave how much, as I waited to pay, and he said 2.2.
