Worst vehicle ever purchased. I would give zero stars if I could. We purchased a Ford Escape 9 months ago and have already put $2,000 into fixing it. Took it back in and it has so many issues they are telling us to get rid of it because its not even worth fixing. These are also issues that would have been noticed if this Automotive company actually did an inspection of the vehicle like they stated they did. Quick, concise and easy process! Everyone on staff was kind and knowledgeable. The car is clean and runs great
I have not purchased a vehicle from Marshall but I have interacted several times with both the owner and the head mechanic. They have both been responsive and open and honest about the used cars they are selling. They also lined me up with a local body shop that was able to do body work on another vehicle of mine.
This is my go to shop to get work done on my car. Friendly and honest people. They don’t try to upsell me and they don’t up charge like every other dealership. Check out Marshall Automotive if you don’t want to pay an arm and leg for service.
