This 'person' came to inspect my son's Ansul Fire Suppression System at his commercial kitchen, sold him gas cylinders that were incorrect for hundreds of dollars, took his nozzles and never came back. We've made multiple daily calls to reach this person and can get no help whatsoever. We are considering a lawsuit due to lost contracts. Terrible.
