I see I am not the only customer that ford including Marshall Mize has screwed I was just reading about a customer taken his f-150 truck in for warranty work the dealership mechanic broke bolts on the turbo and advised the customer he would have to pay 1,500.00 to repair broken bolts repaired that's not surprising of the way they do business I have more horrible stories about the Service, Sale run,run.
Nick Bishop helped my father purchase a new truck. This involved multiple visits and phone calls. Nick was kind, patient, and professional through the entire experience. Without him, a deal most likely would not have been made. We would not hesitate to work with him again in the future. We also spoke to Finance Director Zach Ables. He was great, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. Nick and Zach made the overall experience great.
I scheduled a visit online to look at one of their used cars. Two people called to confirm my visit. The second was the sales person, Callie Doyle. Soon after I arrived, she took me for a drive in the car that I was interested in. She was friendly and respectful, taking time to show me all of the features of the car. I did not feel pushed at all, rather patiently guided through the process. I would highly recommend Callie at Marshal Mize Ford for a good car buying experience.
