I bought a part from Marshal Mize parts department and I have no problem with their parts department. They were courteous and efficient. My gripe is with the cashier. There is a sign on the cashier's window that says something to the affect of "If you use a credit card for payment you will pay the invoiced amount but if you pay with cash you will get a 3% rebate" In practice they do the opposite, if you pay with cash you pay the invoice price but when I payed with my credit card they up-charged me 3%.
