My first time there, and I was very disappointed! The sales team there was very dishonest and they were trying to sabotage my credit score by repeatedly running my credit report numerous times after I asked them NOT too! They were trying to be sneaky about it, but I have alerts set up on my phone, so I knew what they were doing. I politely got up and walked out! THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! VERY DISSAPOINTED!
I received excellent customer service when I arrived totally distraught. Drew Adams, Tyler, Mac and Avery all helped me in a calm and pleasant manner. Drew made sure to guide me in the steps I needed to take. He made sure everything went well for me and directed me to people who also supported me. I really don't want to feel that helpless again but if I do I know to go here for great, support. Thank you for resolving my car problem so efficiently.
Great shopping experience! Avery was the salesperson that helped us from start to finish, we were able to get the truck we wanted & all paperwork done in about an hour!! Definitely recommend!
