After submitting an email through Psychology Today, this provider sent me at text at 11:30 at night to answer my insurance question (which was not urgent). She wrote like a child, u instead of you, yr instead of your, etc. She then responded to my shock at her unprofessionalism with a passive aggressive "Well, u asked. Gd luck." I recommend you steer clear of this one.
