Installer mismeasured several windows and they had to be reordered. In one case the original window was already taken out and had to be patched in and we were told not to use it or it would fall out of the second floor (seriously?!). It was this way for 6+ weeks. Before deciding to reorder, however, the installer tried to remove the metal above the window opening that holds up the brick on our 90 year old house. I stopped him but it was too late and the damage was done to the mortar, metal frame, etc. That damage has now led... read more
