My truck was hit 3 weeks ago by someone insured by Marsh. I called the number on the policy and got an administrator, who gave me another number that was no good. I googled their home office and got a switchboard operator who says they will it take calls.
No one answers the phone, do not get your carrier insurance through this company they do not get insurance to brokerages in a timely manner which ends up costing us the carrier our income in the end because brokerages can not book without insurance.
If I could give zero stars, I completely would. My automobile was struck by someone insured by this company. It is 24 hours later and I am on my seventh phone number. I continue to get rerouted because NO ONE in this company knows where to file a claim. Unbelievable. I have zero tolerance for this level of incompetence.
