I had heard good things about this place, so I went to them with a heirloom ring from my Grandma to be reworked. Firstly, I was persuaded to have the stones reset, as opposed working with the existing setting-fine. I left the ring with the shop to get an estimate of the work. I called 1 week then 6 weeks later to see what was happening, I was given 2 different stories of why no communication, with no return call after saying it would be looked into. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Me and my husband went in to have a ring made for my anniversary with integrating my mom's and grandmother's rings who have both passed on. As well as my own wedding rings. They removed all the diamonds from the rings and then sold the gold..I was so upset I wanted the gold from my mom and grandma's rings to be used for the new ring. And when I asked for the gold back they told me it was gone and they couldn't use it anyway. They made a wax mold of a ring I never approved of... read more

Once again, amazing group. I had my wedding rings resized and they were perfect! I originally had my rings made with them and due to my aging, gardening hands they needed to be sized again. I can’t recommend them enough. My rings are going on 15 years and they look just as good as the day i got married. It’s nice to have a jeweller who works in 19 karat.

Marsh and sons took excellent care restoring an old family heirloom to its former glory. It is looking amazing and ready again for many decades of wear. They have also been our go to for sizing needs as needed due to their amazing customer service! Always a pleasure visiting.
