Definitely would not recommend. The new houses they are building are extremely cheaply built and over priced. Not to mention the homeowners association they are associated with are trying to force people to pay them without any proper notoriety. These houses look nice but I've been living in my house for 3 years and I wish I never bought it. It is very quiet very calm. Got a couple stores within walking distance. It is part of a small town perfect for anyone looking for a piece of mind.
