i love the team here! they do everything they can to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible during the entire donation process. i always come to this location when it’s my time to donate :)
Absolutely great people
I do platelets every two weeks. The ladies are wonderful. The machines could be updated, I think, to a more modern, easier process system. Johnson City location would be closer for me, but that one is very small and clastrophobic. Only one machine I think. They close for lunch.
