I do platelets every two weeks. The ladies are wonderful. The machines could be updated, I think, to a more modern, easier process system. Johnson City location would be closer for me, but that one is very small and clastrophobic. Only one machine I think. They close for lunch.
They offer you a $25 gift card but you will never receive it it's just to get you through the doors you will leave with a t-shirt don't take the bait
Stephanie,The blood banks always advertise $25 gift certificate I've never got one it's deceitful. I won't be back to Marsh regional blood center untrustworthy. It doesn't surprise me your donation numbers are dropping.6/17/2026 I wonder if channel 11 WJHL is getting a lot of feedback they're the ones that announced it on the news not good for them.
The staff is always so friendly and professional. My time in the donor’s table just flies by and I get snacks and a t-shirt too! We (my husband and I) make it a habit to donate soon as we can and are thankful that we also receive a kind reminder from the Center when it’s time to donate again.
