Terrible service and support, blame Hunter for issues, they are linked somehow. Cancelled my policy via a email from a generic address after I asked for a rate review. Going elsewhere after several years and no claims.

Information is very scarce and the gatekeeper answering the phones only causes more issues and refuses to put you through to your contact. Not helpful or experienced in insurance.
