So it has been a absolute nightmare with this company. I have filed a claim due to a client of theirs and shoddy work done that caused damage to my vehicle. Marsxh McLennan has failed on all fronts to return any phone calls. I have left numerous messages and have got not a call back on their own volition. This is not acceptable especially from an insurance company of their size. The only redemption was a Receptionist named MORGAN.
