Great practice, brilliant doctors and nurses. Reception staff are friendly and helpful, and you can call them.
If I could exceed a 5 star review I absolutely would! Having been patients at the surgery for many years, we have received nothing less than excellent care when ever we have required it. I have been trying to get an appointment at Marsh Green Medical Practice since November last year for myself and my young children (aged 6 and 3), but every time I call, I am told there are no available appointments. This lack of access to healthcare is unacceptable. I am experiencing serious health issues that need medical attention, yet I have been unable to see a doctor. The situation is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Patients deserve timely and proper healthcare services.
Had 2 put a star overwise couldn't comment but i would like 2 say there a Waste of time ringing never can get appointments and my partner has never been able 2 get 1 since he signed up and they left me over 3weeks with a uti infection why i was pregnant i had 2 be rushed in 2 Hospital my temperature was over 100 i was in a bad way still can't get appointments and when u do it's a phone call wot u don't get they always got some excuses
This surgery is absolutely brilliant. The whole staff are a credit to the surgery. IV just been in this morning and had a great chat with Diane, such a lovely person. How anyone can fault this surgery is beyond me, they should be awarded for their time and effort they deliver to each patient. 5* all round.
