Hoping that this was a professional eye care specialist to trust. The first experience was shocking. I tolerated the rude staff adorned with nose rings and tatoos until the Acuvue lens that Dr. Marsh perscribed made my dry eyes so much worse that I am now not able to wear contact lens at all. Now looking for a new eye doctor.

Terrible By far the worst place you can go. The staff is very rude, was told the dr's discriminate pregnant women that work for them. The staff will try to upsale anything and everything. You could tell they were caddy. I also overheard them talking about another patient in front of patients. Dont go here ever.

Kind, Genuine and professional! In business, leadership sets the tone. Dr. B and Dr. C genuinly care about their patients and their staff follows suit. The exam was very detailed and an explaination was given for each part. II would highly recommend them!!!!

Beware of Sales Pitch Agree with other postings on the great exam and doctors. However, beware of the sales staff that will quickly attempt to run up your bill. Reminded me of the hard sales pitch I received at the car dealership for all the extras (window etching, car alarm, clearcoat, etc.). The Marsh Staff will try to get you to buy anti-glare lens, polished edges, etc. Before you know it, you're bill will be 4 times more than you had hoped.

Read first... Great eyeware and techs, sweet doctors but beware of office staff! Never been treated so rude and unprofessional. Was warned by 2 other friends. If you can tolerate this aspect, great place to get unique glasses.

Dr. Marsh and his staff are very friendly, professional and explain the exam and best solution to correct your vision. I don't expect to ever need another eye doctor

Excellent with kids! My whole family loves this place. The husband/wife DR.duo is wonderful-both are kind, provide thorough eye exams in a calm, peaceful manner, beautiful office, state of the art equipment. Agree w/ the pricey part, but we have found it is worth it when we are dealing with our childrens eyes. Traci, Denton

I LOVE this place I have been a patient for years. Both Brannon & Carol Ann are well trained, and their office is equipped with state of the arts tools. Even if you barely need glasses (like me), an annual visit to qualified professionals like the Marshes can detect overall health issues. The light prescription of my glasses makes a long day in front of the computer painless, and everyone in the office has been professional and friendly to deal with. The contemporary Christian music played softly through the office is a clue... read more

Great place for eyewear and exams A bit pricey, but worth it if you are rushed for time. Very attentive doctors and relaxed atmosphere. Very thorough examination. Not one of those chains where you feel like you are just a number. The doctor helped me come up with new ways to try contacts that my former opthalmogists had not done. Willing to try new products and the latest in eyewear is available. There are toys and a TV in the waiting room, which is never crowded. Their equipment is brand new and state of the art. They did a... read more
