Hopeless wait times to speak to a broker at peak times... Sometimes you get an experienced broker, sometimes not... If you are cut of mid-call sometimes you will not get a call back...

I have sent multiple emails that go unanswered. I am left on hold for 30-45 minutes at a time. Changes were made to my policy without full consultation (this the need for repeated unanswered emails and phone calls). Save yourself the headache and choose another broker. I will be moving to another provider myself.
Was I on hold forever! You bet. Still needed insurance. Once I final got through, Heather Hunter was there to help. She gave me exactly what I needed. What she also did… not try to sell me insurance I didn’t need. Heather took the time to answer questions and make sure that I understood the policy. Here’s the other thing. When I first got through (before speaking to Heather), I wanted to bundle…I was told that wouldn’t be a good idea! That tells me they care about their customers! Thank you again Heather!
2hours is a bit long to not have a broker answer the phone
