I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle Kroner to get my home insurance. Not only did she have quotes in a day, she was able to have me with a policy in 24 hours. Super responsive when getting back to me, called when she said she would, and handled the entire process like an absolute professional. The better pricing was a bonus... I was ready to go with her policy quote regardless of price just because of how great she made the entire process for me. Thank you Michelle!
I've used then as my insurance broker for over two years now and have had no problems. I haven't had to wait too long to get through to them, and when I use the app to request a call, they always get back to me. I find them to be very helpful and professional.
So bad I feel compelled to write a google review for the first time in years. Spent 3 hours on hold today, and was disconnected by their system multiple times, having to start from scratch. Was trying to make a change to my existing policy but only ever got through by selecting "making a claim" in their phone menu, and then asking to be transferred. Hands down the worst insurance company in Calgary. Their customer service is bottom of the barrel. I have it on good authority that they horribly mistreat their own employees. One must have a proven work history as fully incompetent and a spineless yes man before you can be a manager here. The head of the Marsh Calgary office should be ashamed of themselves.
I have (had?) a policy with them. As far as I can tell, they forgot that I exist, so a policy renewal process mysteriously got dropped. Like others, I then discovered that phone calls are not answered; messages cannot be left; urgent email is not answered; and registration in the online app cannot be completed. Is this company even really still *in* business?
