Would put zero stars if I could. You cannot get through on the phone, took 3 hours yesterday to get through and then had some one unwilling to help me at all, called the other day was met with a super rude lady, everytime I call the person is super rude, it's so bad I am cancelling my insurance which just renewed, cant imagine if I had a claim. I am trying to purchase a different vehicle and cannot even get through to cancel! I have another insurance company who was $1,000 a year cheaper. Do not use this company!!!!!!
They do not call back.....and if they do they are NOT helpful. Great insurance rates, but don't plan on making any changes to your policy once they get your money.
Sure, can produce online quotes like any other broker. No upside. Slow slow slow to follow through. A downside. Missed renewal date. Big downside. Solution was to offer was another quote with a much higher priced insurer. USELESS.
